The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX) and the host O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX), saw Dripping Springs's volleyball squad beat O'Connor by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Dripping Springs upgrades its record to 14-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 17. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 10-2. McAllen Memorial won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Laredo LBJ (Laredo, TX)

The Panthers now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Canyon for a non-league bout on Friday, August 18. O'Connor will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mansfield (Mansfield, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 13-1.
