Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL), 44-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lake Forest upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Scouts host Huntley (Huntley, IL) to clash with the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Huntley won 46-30 in their recent non-league bout against Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove, IL)

Next up, the Friars clash with the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 27. Fenwick will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 4-9 record after their 46-30 non-league loss to Huntley (Huntley, IL).
