Michigan High School Basketball - Redford Union nips Plymouth
December 5, 2016: Redford, MI 48240 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Redford Union Panthers (Redford, MI) and the visiting Plymouth Wildcats (Canton, MI), saw Redford Union's basketball squad hold off Plymouth by a tally of 43-40.
With the victory, Redford Union improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Crestwood (Dearborn Heights, MI) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Wildcats play the Saline Hornets (Saline, MI) in a Southeastern - Red challenge, on Friday, December 9. Plymouth will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Northville (Northville, MI).
