Ohio High School Basketball - Beallsville can't hold off Shadyside
January 29, 2024: Beallsville, OH 43716 The Shadyside Tigers basketball team scored 32 points and restricted the host Beallsville Blue Devils to 26 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Clairsville for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Shadyside will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 55-49 non-league win over Edison (Richmond, OH). The Red Devils record now stands at 5-13.
The Blue Devils (8-12) will now prepare for their contest against Hundred (Hundred, WV). The Hornets come into the Mason-Dixon contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Hundred was nudged by Paden City (Paden City, WV), 36-34, in a league contest.
