February 2, 2023: Middletown, MD 21769 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Middletown Knights (Middletown, MD) and the visiting Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD), saw Middletown's basketball squad wallop Governor Thomas Johnson by a tally of 66-28.
With the victory, Middletown improves its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Knights host Brunswick (Brunswick, MD) to confront the Railroaders in a Central Maryland challenge on Friday, February 3. The Railroaders come into the challenge with a record of 2-11. Brunswick lost 51-23 in their recent league challenge against Catoctin (Thurmont, MD)
Next up, the Patriots confront the North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD) in a Central Maryland challenge, on Friday, February 3. Governor Thomas Johnson will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Hubs come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 69-53 league loss to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD).
