Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Old Mill Patriots (Millersville, MD) and the visiting Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD), saw Old Mill's basketball squad knock off Chesapeake by a count of 66-49.

With the victory, Old Mill upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Southern (Harwood, MD) to play the Bulldogs in a Anne Arundel County challenge on Wednesday, February 15. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-11.

Next up, the Cougars play the Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) in a Anne Arundel County challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Chesapeake will attempt to upgrade on its 13-8 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 63-37 league loss to South River (Edgewater, MD).
