Missouri High School Basketball - California fells Boonville
February 8, 2024: Boonville, MO 65233 California Pintos (California, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Boonville Pirates (Boonville, MO), 71-56 in a league bout.
With the win, California upgrades its record to 15-8 on the season. The Pintos host Blair Oaks (Jefferson City, MO) to play the Falcons in a Tri-County - Southwest bout on Thursday, February 15. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 2-18. Blair Oaks won 70-13 in their recent league bout against Versailles (Versailles, MO)
Next up, the Pirates play the Southern Boone Eagles (Ashland, MO) in a Tri-County - Southwest bout, on Thursday, February 15. Boonville will attempt to upgrade on its 16-7 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 10-13 record after their 48-26 non-league loss to Centralia (Centralia, MO).
