Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA) and the host Ramona Rams (Riverside, CA), saw Hillcrest's basketball squad overcome Ramona by a tally of 48-28.

With the victory, Hillcrest improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Trojans host Arlington (Riverside, CA) to play the Lions in a River Valley challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 5-12.

Next up, the Rams play the Patriot Warriors (Jurupa Valley, CA) in a River Valley challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Ramona will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 78-24 league win over La Sierra (Riverside, CA).
