The Three Rivers Wildcats basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Portage Northern Huskies to 50 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edwardsburg for a Wolverine B contest on Friday, February 3. Three Rivers will battle a Eddies team coming off a 46-38 non-league win over Berrien Springs (Berrien Springs, MI). The Eddies record now stands at 7-3.

The Huskies (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Norrix (Kalamazoo, MI). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Norrix was defeated by Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI), 59-58, in a league contest.
