The Fairfax Stampede held off the host Central Bobcats volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Stampede now have a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canyon View for a non-league test on Thursday, April 25. Fairfax will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 3-2 league win over Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 23-9.

The Bobcats (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ). The Knights enter the 5A Metro test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, Metro Tech held off McClintock (Tempe, AZ), 3-1, in a league test.
