In Friday's league outing, the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres softball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Myers Park Mustangs.

Coming up next, the Sabres battle the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) in a So Meck 4A outing, on Tuesday, March 29. South Mecklenburg will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Rams enter the outing with a 1-5 record after their 15-0 league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC).
