The Union Parish Farmers thwarted the visiting Richwood Rams football team by a count of 34-8 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Union Parish upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Farmers host Green Oaks (Shreveport, LA) to encounter the Giants in a non-league outing on Friday, November 6. The Giants go into the outing with a record of 4-1. Green Oaks won 34-28 in their recent league outing against Mansfield (Mansfield, LA)

With the loss, Richwood moves to 0-4 on the season. The Rams host Rayville (Rayville, LA) to encounter the Hornets in a non-league outing on Friday, November 6. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 2-3.
