Princeton Tigers (Princeton, WV) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV), 84-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Princeton upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Tigers travel to Hurricane (Hurricane, WV) to play the Redskins in a Mountain State bout on Wednesday, February 4. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 9-7. Hurricane lost 43-40 in their recent non-league game against Winfield (Winfield, WV)

With the defeat, Ripley moves to 9-7 on the year. The Vikings host Spring Valley (Huntington, WV) to face the Timberwolves in a Mountain State game on Wednesday, February 4. The Timberwolves enter the game with a record of 9-7. Spring Valley lost 67-39 in their recent league game against Huntington (Huntington, WV)
