In Tuesday's league contest, the River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Cass Colonels (White, GA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Sequoyah Chiefs (Canton, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 1. River Ridge will attempt to better on its 18-17 season record. The Chiefs come into the contest with a 13-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Woodland (Cartersville, GA).
