October 29, 2010: Rockingham, NC 28380 The Richmond Raiders football squad scored 51 points and limited the visiting Pinecrest Patriots to 7 in the Raiders league win on Friday.
The Raiders now possess a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Scotland for a 4A Southeastern challenge on Friday, November 5. Richmond will meet a Fighting Scots team coming off a 24-19 league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Fighting Scots record now stands at 7-3.
The Patriots now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hoke County for a 4A Southeastern challenge on Friday, November 5. Pinecrest will meet a Bucks team coming off a 14-7 league win over Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 3-7.
