In Tuesday's league outing, the Aurora Central Trojans (Aurora, CO) basketball squad felled the visiting Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), by a margin of 79-68.

The Trojans (10-9) will now prepare for their outing against Regis Groff (Denver, CO). The Fusion go into the non-league outing with a 4-14 record. In their last outing, Regis Groff was beaten by Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO), 83-37, in a league outing.

The Trojans now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Skyview for a 5A/4A Colorado outing on Thursday, February 8. Thornton will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 62-24 league loss to Gateway (Aurora, CO). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-17.
