The Ferriday Trojans football squad scored 34 points and restricted the visiting Vidalia Vikings to 6 in the Trojans league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to General Trass for a 2A District 2 battle on Friday, October 6. Ferriday will play a Panthers squad coming off a 42-30 league win over Rayville (Rayville, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Mangham Dragons (Mangham, LA) in a 2A District 2 battle, on Friday, October 6. Vidalia will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Dragons enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 28-12 league loss to Oak Grove (Oak Grove, LA).
