The Squalicum Storm basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Blaine Borderites to 67 in the Storm league victory on Friday.

The Storm now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington-Edison for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Monday, December 18. Squalicum will battle a Tigers team coming off a 66-56 league loss to Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.

The Borderites (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA). The Lyncs come into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Lynden Christian edged Kentridge (Kent, WA), 69-41, in a non-league contest.
