The Rockwall Yellowjackets got by the host Mt. Pleasant Tigers softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Yellowjackets (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Temple (Temple, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Temple was edged by Elgin (Elgin, TX), 8-2, in a non-league battle.
