West Springfield Spartans (Springfield, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA), 44-29 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, West Springfield upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA) to play the Titans in a non-league bout on Friday, February 9. The Titans come into the bout with a record of 7-7.

Next up, the Rams play the West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 9. Robinson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-13 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 15-0 record after their 63-32 non-league win over Lake Braddock (Burke, VA).
