La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY), 27-26 in a league test.

With the win, La Salle Institute improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Cadets travel to Troy (Troy, NY) to confront the Flying Horses in a Section 2 A - Capital test on Friday, October 29. The Flying Horses go into the test with a record of 1-5. Troy lost 24-6 in their recent league test against Columbia (East Greenbush, NY)

With the loss, Amsterdam moves to 5-1 on the season. The Rams travel to Albany (Albany, NY) to confront the Falcons in a Section 2 A - Capital test on Friday, October 29.
