Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY), 4-1 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Highlands moves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Bluebirds host Newport Central Catholic (Newport, KY) to battle the Thoroughbreds in a District 36 bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Thoroughbreds go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Newport Central Catholic won 6-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY)
