Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) and the visiting Argos Dragons (Argos, IN), saw Northwestern's basketball squad hold off Argos by a tally of 54-49.

With the victory, Northwestern improves its record to 5-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Eastbrook (Marion, IN) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 13-1.

Next up, the Dragons confront the Lakeland Christian Academy Cougars (Winona Lake, IN) in a Hoosier Plains challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Argos will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record.
