Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE), 20-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Gretna upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Dragons host Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE) to battle the Junior Jays in a non-league test on Friday, April 14. The Junior Jays come into the test with a record of 10-9. Creighton Prep won 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE)

With the defeat, Omaha South falls to 7-10 on the season. The Packers host Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE) to battle the Chieftains in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 18. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 9-9. Bellevue East lost 8-7 in their recent league test against Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE)
