January 5, 2024: Spiro, OK 74959 Spiro Bulldogs (Spiro, OK) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Stroud Tigers (Stroud, OK), 43-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Spiro upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Morris (Morris, OK) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-9. Morris won 67-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Wilburton (Wilburton, OK)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Wilburton Diggers (Wilburton, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Stroud will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Diggers come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 67-53 non-league loss to Morris (Morris, OK).
