Game Summary
The Rams were flat after a 14 day break with rain-outs and spring break. The last action was 4/6 against Geneseo when the Rams won 11-4. Their games on 4/7, 4/18, and 4/19 all got rained out, so the first game back was tonight. The long break was evident. The Rams struggle early on, but got plenty of chances. In the first, they had bases loaded, but could only muster 1 run. Hornell Struck back in the third scoring 1 run on 2 doubles. Zach Musso struggled, but kept the rams in the game until the 4th when he gave up a 3 run Home Run that sealed the Rams fate for good. The Rams would again get runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs, but could never make anything of it. They did finally strike back in the top of the 7th with a run but the runner got picked off at first after the run scored which quickly ended the rally. So the Rams are handed their first lost 4 to 2 over in Hornell.
