New York High School Football - Kenmore West succumbs to Lockport
September 29, 2012: Buffalo, NY 14223 The Lockport Lions defeated the host Kenmore West Blue Devils football squad by a tally of 36-21 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Lions face the St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 6. Lockport will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Marauders enter the bout with a 5-0 record after their 27-14 non-league win over Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY).
The Blue Devils (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Niagara Falls (Niagara Falls, NY). The Wolverines enter the Section 6 AA - North bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Niagara Falls defeated Hutchinson-Central Tech (Buffalo, NY), 21-6, in a league bout.
