Arizona High School Soccer - South Mountain overwhelmed by Higley

January 11, 2023: Phoenix, AZ 85040

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ) and the host South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ), saw Higley's soccer squad overwhelm South Mountain by a margin of 13-0.

The Knights now sport a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cactus Shadows for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Higley will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Youngker (Buckeye, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 9-4.

With the loss, South Mountain drops to 2-7 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to meet the Pride in a non-league test on Thursday, January 12.
