Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Ringgold can't hold off Plum
December 28, 2017: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 The Plum Mustangs basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Ringgold Rams to 36 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fox Chapel for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Plum will battle a Foxes team coming off a 35-32 non-league loss to Vincentian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA). The Foxes record now stands at 2-6.
The Rams (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA). The Golden Lions enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Greensburg Salem nudged Brownsville (Brownsville, PA), 47-29, in a non-league contest.
