Pennsylvania High School Football - Central prevails Hollidaysburg

August 26, 2016: Martinsburg, PA 16662

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) and the visiting Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA), observed Central's football squad defeat Hollidaysburg by a count of 35-7.

The Dragons now own a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Tyrone for a Mountain contest on Friday, September 2. Central will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 15-12 non-league win over Bellwood-Antis (Bellwood, PA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

Coming up next, the Golden Tigers encounter the Mifflin County Huskies (Lewistown, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 27. Hollidaysburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
