The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Norton Lancers (Norton, MA) and the host Ashland Clockers (Ashland, MA), saw Norton's volleyball squad nip Ashland by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Norton upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Lancers travel to North Attleborough (North Attleborough, MA) to play the Rocketeers in a non-league bout on Monday, September 26. The Rocketeers go into the bout with a record of 1-3. North Attleborough lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Milford (Milford, MA)

The Clockers now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Shepherd Hill Regional for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 24. Ashland will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA). The Rams record now stands at 1-5.
