October 7, 2022: Dumfries, VA 22026 In Friday's non-league game, the Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves (Dumfries, VA) football team got by the visiting Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions (Manassas, VA), by a score of 21-17.
The Wolves (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Maret (Washington, DC). The Frogs come into the non-league game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Maret was tipped by Brentsville District (Nokesville, VA), 30-24, in a non-league game.
The Centurions now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to FCA Bucks for a Eastern Christian game on Saturday, October 15. Northern Virginia HomeSchool will meet a Bucks team coming off a 53-0 league win over Central Maryland Christian Crusaders (Sykesville, MD). The Bucks record now stands at 6-0.
