New York High School Lacrosse - Troy drops to Scotia-Glenville
April 20, 2024: Troy, NY 12180 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Scotia-Glenville Tartans lacrosse squad scored a good 13-1 victory over the Troy Flying Horses.
The Tartans now have a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host Schuylerville for a Section 2 Foothills game on Tuesday, April 23. Scotia-Glenville will encounter a Horses team coming off a 18-4 league win over Johnstown (Johnstown, NY). The Horses record now stands at 7-1.
The Flying Horses (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Voorheesville (Voorheesville, NY). The Blackbirds enter the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Voorheesville was overwhelmed by Amsterdam (Amsterdam, NY), 13-3, in a non-league game.
