California High School Basketball - Selma over Reedley
December 22, 2021: Selma, CA 93662 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Selma Bears (Selma, CA) and the visiting Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA), saw Selma's basketball squad overcome Reedley by a tally of 58-48.
With the victory, Selma improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Bears host Hanford West (Hanford, CA) to confront the Huskies in a Central Sequoia challenge on Tuesday, January 4. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 5-5. Hanford West lost 61-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Clovis East (Clovis, CA)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Washington Union Panthers (Fresno, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 6. Reedley will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 45-44 non-league loss to Mendota (Mendota, CA).
