Texas High School Basketball - Lutheran ripped by Boerne-Champion
November 18, 2008: Boerne, TX 78006 The Boerne-Champion Chargers basketball team scored 113 points and held the visiting Lutheran Mustangs to 41 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Cross for a non-league contest on Thursday, November 20. Boerne-Champion will meet a Knights team coming off a 59-45 non-league loss to Holmes (San Antonio, TX). The Knights record now stands at 0-1.
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Waelder (Waelder, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Waelder trounced Victoria Memorial (Victoria, TX), 116-44, in a non-league contest.
