The Guilford Grizzlies topped the host Portland Highlanders basketball team by a final score of 65-52 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Hand Tigers (Madison, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset test, on Monday, December 18. Guilford will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.
