January 29, 2011: Rocky Hill, CT Rocky Hill/RHAM Terriers (Rocky Hill, CT) followers left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the visiting Fitch/East Lyme/Ledyard Eagles (Groton, CT), 5-2 in a non-league match.
The Terriers (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Smith/Tolland/Windham (Storrs, CT). The Bucks enter the Central Connecticut - South match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Smith/Tolland/Windham by Rockville/Manchester/Stafford (Vernon, CT), 3-1, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Guilford Indians (Guilford, CT) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, February 2. Fitch/East Lyme/Ledyard will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 8-0 record after their 8-2 league win over Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT).
