Central Heights Blue Devils (Nacogdoches, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Elysian Fields Yellowjackets (Elysian Fields, TX), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Blue Devils battle the Hemphill Hornets (Hemphill, TX) in a 3A Region III District 21 match, on Tuesday, September 28. Central Heights will attempt to advance on its 23-13 season record. The Hornets come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX).

With the loss, Elysian Fields drops to 4-12 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Waskom (Waskom, TX) to battle the Wildcats in a 3A Region II District 16 match on Tuesday, September 28.
