In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Huntingtown Hurricanes volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Westlake Wolverines.

The Hurricanes (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Great Mills (Great Mills, MD). The Hornets come into the Southern Maryland battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Great Mills lost by Chopticon (Morganza, MD), 3-0, in a league battle.
