The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) and the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC), saw Lake Norman's lacrosse team achieve victory over Lake Norman Charter by a margin of 15-11.

The Wildcats (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Northwest Guilford edged Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 16-5, in a league challenge.

The Knights (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Christ the King (Huntersville, NC). The Crusaders enter the Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont challenge with a 10-4 record.
