The Frederick Cadets basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting St. James Saints to 10 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cadets now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Linganore for a Central Maryland contest on Friday, February 3. Frederick will battle a Lancers team coming off a 73-11 league win over Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD). The Lancers record now stands at 16-1.

The Saints (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against King Abdullah Academy (Herndon, VA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 1-14 record. In their last contest, King Abdullah Academy was routed by Immanuel Christian (Springfield, VA), 45-9, in a non-league contest.
