California High School Basketball - Gunn crushes University Prep Academy
January 21, 2023: Palo Alto, CA 94306 Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting University Prep Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA), 48-21 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Gunn upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Titans travel to Milpitas (Milpitas, CA) to clash with the Trojans in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Milpitas won 47-43 in their recent non-league bout against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Latino College Preparatory Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a Private School - South bout, on Monday, January 23. University Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 27-17 league loss to Cindy Avitia (San Jose, CA).
