Texas High School Basketball - Bellevue ripped by Seymour
January 3, 2023: Seymour, TX 76380 The Seymour Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Bellevue Eagles to 16 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Quanah for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7. Seymour will meet a Indians team coming off a 72-46 non-league loss to Childress (Childress, TX). The Indians record now stands at 13-10.
The Eagles (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Slidell (Slidell, TX). The Greyhounds enter the 1A Region III District 22 contest with a 10-12 record. In their last contest, Slidell triumphed over Prairie Valley (Nocona, TX), 66-23, in a league contest.
