Wyoming High School Basketball - Hot Springs County holds off Tongue River
February 12, 2022: Dayton, WY 82836 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Hot Springs County Bobcats (Thermopolis, WY) and the host Tongue River Eagles (Dayton, WY), saw Hot Springs County's basketball squad hold off Tongue River by a tally of 53-46.
With the victory, Hot Springs County improves its record to 5-13 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Newcastle (Newcastle, WY) to confront the Dogies in a 3A Northeast challenge on Friday, February 18. The Dogies come into the challenge with a record of 15-1. Newcastle won 54-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Upton (Upton, WY)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Moorcroft Wolves (Moorcroft, WY) in a 2A Northeast challenge, on Saturday, February 19. Tongue River will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record.
