October 1, 2011: Houston, TX 77013 In Saturday's league match, the visiting Jones Falcons football squad scored a good 38-24 victory over the Furr Brahmans.
In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Kashmere Fighting Rams (Houston, TX) in a 4A Region III District 22 match, on Friday, October 7. Jones will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Fighting Rams enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 51-0 league win over Scarborough (Houston, TX).
The Brahmans (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Wheatley (Houston, TX). The Wildcats come into the 4A Region III District 22 test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Wheatley was defeated by Worthing (Houston, TX), 27-26, in a league test.
