Arkansas High School Basketball - Augusta overwhelms White County Central
November 17, 2023: Judsonia, AR 72081 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Augusta Red Devils (Augusta, AR) and the host White County Central Bears (Judsonia, AR), saw Augusta's basketball squad wallop White County Central by a tally of 61-26.
With the victory, Augusta improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Barton (Lexa, AR) to play the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, November 28. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Barton lost 70-49 in their recent non-league challenge against McGehee (McGehee, AR)
Next up, the Bears play the South Side Hornet (Bee Branch, AR) in a 2A Region 2 challenge, on Friday, December 1. White County Central will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record.
