October 2, 2015: Brattleboro, VT 05301 In Friday's league match, the host Brattleboro Colonels football squad scored a good 40-15 victory over the Rutland Raiders.
In their next game, the Colonels face the Essex Hornets (Essex Junction, VT) in a Division I bout, on Friday, October 9. Brattleboro will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 1-6 record after their 34-27 league loss to Middlebury (Middlebury, VT).
The Raiders (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT). The Bobwhites enter the Division I bout with a 3-3 record. In their last bout, Bellows Free Academy defeated South Burlington (South Burlington, VT), 39-24, in a league bout.
