April 26, 2022: Bluford, IL 62814 Cisne Runnin' Lions (Cisne, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Webber Trojans (Bluford, IL), 6-5 in a league test.
With the win, Cisne advances its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Runnin' Lions travel to Grayville (Grayville, IL) to face the Bison in a Midland Trail bout on Thursday, April 28. The Bison enter the bout with a record of 0-5. Grayville lost 16-1 in their recent league bout against Odin/Patoka/Sandoval (Sandoval, IL)
Next, the Trojans face the Flora Wolves (Flora, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 7. Webber will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
