Texas High School Basketball - Childress nudges Lorenzo
December 9, 2022: Childress, TX 79201 Childress Bobcats (Childress, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lorenzo Hornets (Lorenzo, TX), 39-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Childress upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Bobcats host West Plains (Amarillo, TX) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 2-0. West Plains won 54-42 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Country Christian (Fort Worth, TX)
Next up, the Hornets clash with the Whitharral Panthers (Whitharral, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Lorenzo will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record.
