The Mitchell Mustangs lacrosse team scored 21 points and limited the visiting Land O' Lakes Gators to 1 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Canterbury (Fort Myers, FL). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.

The Gators (1-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Petersburg Catholic (St. Petersburg, FL). The Barons enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, St. Petersburg Catholic was overwhelmed by Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL), 15-3, in a non-league game.
